Morse was originally recommended to Quick International to assist with undertaking the acquisition survey of their new European HQ at Heathrow which subsequently led to overseeing remedial works undertaken by the Landlord.

Morse was appointed by Anaplan to oversee the relocation of 2 offices into new premises in Maidenhead and York from existing serviced office suites.

SPACE had secured funding from Arts Council England to upgrade its property portfolio, which includes a number of industrial-style buildings converted to provide studios for artists in South and East London.
