Morse was appointed by Anaplan to oversee the relocation of 2 offices into new premises in Maidenhead and York from existing serviced office suites. Morse assisted Anaplan to evaluate shortlisted properties, negotiate suitable terms and then designed and project managed the fit outs of each property.

Morse worked very closely with the Anaplan team in both the US and UK to design workspaces for two very different parts of the business with very different needs and worked with existing suppliers to deliver the projects on very strict budget and time constraints. Morse also assisted Anaplan by monitoring the main refurbishment of the Bonding Warehouse and liaising with the developer to ensure the space met the specifications and was delivered on time to allow the Anaplan fit out.
