Morse was appointed by Jenoptik to project manage the co-location of 2 sites into a single HQ building in Camberley, Surrey.

Morse worked closely with the Client team to establish a detailed client brief and worked with their procurement team to tender the works and appoint a suitable design and build contractor. The works were undertaken over a period of 12 weeks and were completed within programme and within budget.

Morse also worked with the Jenoptik team to manage their relocations, specialist installations and dilapidations claims on their former sites.
