Project Overview
Morse has worked with RCOT for 20 years and was asked to assist with a review of its freehold property following the change in working patterns of staff and members as a result of the pandemic.
Once options were reviewed and approvals obtained, Morse prepared designs and tender packages for competitive tendering working very closely with the client team and the selected managed office space provider, Knowlemore.
The works involved renewal of M&E systems in the lettable spaces to create clean, modern floor plates for rental and a complete redesign of former conference facilities to create RCOT office space and communal meeting areas.
The works were completed on site and within very strict budget constraints.
