Morse has worked with Quick International on a number of projects and was appointed to assist with the design and project management of Quick's new Belfast facility.

Morse worked with the Quick team during the midst of the Covid lockdown to shortlist available properties, negotiate terms on the selected site, co-ordinate landlord's works and project manage the various specialist works packages to form a temperature-controlled logistics hub.

The project was delivered with very tight operational timeframes and budgets and involved close liaison with the Quick facilities team in the US. Morse also managed the exit from their former site, undertaking dilapidations works and successfully handing the property back to the Landlord.
