Project Overview
Morse has successfully worked with Wates Construction on a number of high profile and historically significant buildings such as Somerset House and The Houses of Parliament.
Morse was appointed by Wates Construction to undertake detailed surveys of the areas of 41 Lothbury which are being retained as part of the building's extensive refurbishment by the current owners. Morse also undertook surveys of the public highways and elevations to record the condition prior to construction works.
41 Lothbury was former headquarters of National Westminster Bank and is Grade II listed. It is in the heart of London's financial district and is opposite the Bank of England.
