Morse was originally recommended to Quick International to assist with undertaking the acquisition survey of their new European HQ at Heathrow which subsequently led to overseeing remedial works undertaken by the Landlord.

The team at Morse had built a good relationship with the team from Quick in the U.S. and were then appointed to design the layouts and manage the refurbishment works to both the Heathrow and Belfast logistics centres.

The works involved designing a fit out with the client team to meet their operational requirements whilst working within a strict budget and timeframe. The scope of works included temperature controlled stores, office fit out, IT infrastructure, M&E installations, stand-by generators, general building refurbishment and works to incoming mains services.
