Project Overview
SPACE had secured funding from Arts Council England to upgrade its property portfolio in order to reduce maintenance costs, retain and diversify artist tenants and reduce energy costs.
Morse produced detailed plans and specification, managed the tendering process and negotiation and project managed the work.
Morse produced drawings to assist with obtaining planning permission. Works included replacement windows, new roof coverings, insulations, external repairs and redecorations. Morse also managed the refurbishment required to the interior of the building.
