Morse Consultants has managed a project to refurbish a building for Venaglass; a longstanding client of over 25 years.

The project, at Harling House in London, was to undertake a full external refurbishment of the 100-year old property. This significant building had reached a point in its lifecycle where extensive repairs were required including to facades, joinery and roof areas.

The work required a full scaffold on a busy London thoroughfare so required careful management and strict health and safety procedures and coordination with tenants in the building to minimise disruption.
