Project Overview

Morse was involved at the concept of the business idea to deliver Pickleball to the UK market in conjunction with a US company. Morse undertook detailed searches of suitable properties, produced schemes/feasibilities to determine if the properties were viable, and then engaged in negotiations with the landlord to agree on suitable terms.

As part of phase 1, Morse then produced designs, tender documents and liaised with construction and design teams to deliver the project within a tight deadline; from December 2025 when the lease was signed, to delivering the final project on Easter weekend 2026.

The Second Phase of the project, to deliver ancillary accommodation for Dinks Hampshire, is set to be completed by December 2026.
