Morse was appointed to manage the exit on behalf of Totally Money, having taken the decision to move from existing premises into a local managed office provider.

After exercising a 5 year break clause on its 6,000 sq.ft property, the company needed to review its dilapidations liabilities having acknowledged changing working practices which required a more flexible premises. Morse reviewed the lease and fit out and obligations of the works required under the terms of the lease. Morse negotiated the scope of that work with the landlord and worked with the client's nominated contractor to deliver the works and successfully surrender their lease.

Morse prepared schedules of work and negotiated contractor costs, before managing all the works to the building in order that it could be handed back to the landlord.

Works included stripping out an extensive fit out including green walls, mezzanines and auditorium.
