Project Overview
Morse Consultants managed the project, to move NatCen into its new 10,000 sq.ft premises in order to allow the organisation to transition from operating in a disjointed working environment in an old building, to creating an environment in the new offices where staff would all be located on one floor.
The turnkey project involved working closely with the client and project team, assisting with the acquisition, developing designs and procuring packages.
Morse was also appointed to assist with NatCen's existing property; managing the external refurbishment of the building, which included extensive structural repairs to the facades, specialist stone repairs, redecoration and general maintenance of the late 19th century buildings. The client is now preparing to sell this property.
