Morse Consultants has assisted Brewers Decorator Centres following the acquisition of the Paintwell decorating supplies business.

Brewers acquired 38 stores, which were inspected by Morse, with schedules of condition produced for each property. These instructions required fast turnaround to fit into the legal timeframes . Properties were located all across the UK, including stores from Sevenoaks to Kendall.

The Schedules of Condition were required for each property to benchmark the condition of the fabric and limit Brewers' repairing obligations under the terms of the lease. The properties were owned by various landlords so it was important to provide a consistent and detailed approach.
