Project Overview
Morse was appointed by Hexagon to act as Employer's Agent in relation to the refurbishment of Hexagon's UK headquarters in Cobham, Surrey.
Morse worked closely with the Client team to manage and co-ordinate two packages of works. The Landlord's works involved renewal of the M&E systems within the building and the Fit Out of the building to a high specification, extensive AV solutions and structural works forming a new atrium up through the centre of the building.
The works were undertaken over a period of 24 weeks and were completed within programme and budget.
