Morse Consultants was appointed by Stewarts several years before the company relocated to Woodley, assisting in seeking new sites and undertaking feasibility studies and obtaining planning permission for alternative properties.

Ultimately, after a thorough and exhaustive search, Woodley was selected to become the new home for Stewarts Coaches and Morse Consultants was appointed to project manage the complete refurbishment of the site. Our role included producing detailed plans and specifications, negotiating a price with the chosen contractor, managing the project on a weekly basis and providing CDM-C services for health and safety. Morse's involvement ensured a seamless process of relocation so that the vehicles returned to their new base at the end of their regular shift with no impact on the business operation.
