Morse Consultants was appointed by the The Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists in 2011 to project manage the refurbishment of its central London Headquarters.

RCSLT is an owner-occupier, and a member of the Allied Health Professional Federation. Morse was recommended to the organisation by The College of Occupational Therapists, following successful completion of their HQ premises refurbishment in January 2011.

The project included a move into temporary accommodation for RCSLT, stripping back the building to its shell and undertaking major external and internal refurbishment works.

Morse sought the alternative premises for RCSLT and managed the relocation. The role included design and management of the works to a tight budget and time constraints, the renewal of building services and co-ordination with the clients' own IT and telecoms companies. Morse also co-ordinated the Audio Visual contract to create state of the art conference facilities.
