Barnwood was in the process of refurbishing a building they owned to be their new HQ, this was a £3 Million pound development. Morse Consultants was initially employed to manage the relocation of staff and property into the newly refurbished building; this included arranging removals, space planning and design layouts of the new office space and sourcing office furniture. Morse also assisted with setting up facilities contracts for the new building.  

Towards the end of the project Morse Consultants’ role developed further, taking over as client project manager and assisting with the final account.
