As part of an ongoing service, Morse Consultants provided general property acquisition advice to Brewers to assist with the expansion of its business across the UK each time the company acquires a new property.

Morse conducted a range of surveys to properties prior to the acquisitions to ensure that the property portfolio could be properly managed to plan for maintenance and to limit the liability of properties that may be vacated in the future.

Services include examining proposed lease documentation, inspecting the building fabric and grounds to report on the current condition of the properties and preparing survey reports to advise Brewers on any current, potential and future defects or issues, legislative requirements and lease issues.
