Morse Consultants has been asked to advise the Royal College of Occupational Therapists on the future of its London HQ building.

"There has been a change in working practices which we have noticed as consultants working with a number of long term clients, and it was really important to help RCOT, as one of our very first clients, to properly review its options before deciding on the future of its building," said Steve Hogevold, managing director of Morse Consultants.  After carefully considering all options, it was decided to work with Knowlemore, a niche managed office provider, to refurbish the premises and create stylish and modern private office spaces that could be rented to external companies. 

The space will provide an income for RCOT long term, and make running the building more efficient whilst enabling the organisation to hold on to an important asset for the future.
