Morse Consultants is working alongside a US company as property advisors to deliver a large pickleball centre in the UK.

Having established the unique business requirements, and searched extensively in a number of areas across the south east of the UK, Dinks Pickleball Clubs have acquired a property in Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, to open their first centre.

Phase one of the project, managed by Morse, involves fitting out 18,000 sq.ft of warehouse space to provide courts, a café, social and meeting areas and changing rooms. Taking over the neighbouring property, over 12,500 sq.ft will be the second phase.
