Morse Consultants has been appointed to oversee the second phase of works at the Dinks pickleball site in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire.

Dinks is taking over Unit C, a neighbouring property, to provide 12,000 sq ft of extra space for members and the general public to use at its flagship site in the UK. Having been subject to landlords’ works, the second building has now been released to Dinks so the fit out works can commence.

The new unit will include two Pickleball courts, two padel courts, social spaces and Trackman Golf Simulators. This project is key to Dink’s plans to expand its offering in Hampshire, and provide a hub to offer spaces for groups and colleagues to gather, socialise and engage in sport," said Steve Hogevold, managing director of Morse Consultants.

The fit out of Unit C is expected to take 6 weeks and will launch in December 2026 to the general public.

Further Dinks sites are currently being reviewed across the UK as part of the company’s expansion and popularity of pickleball as a sport for all ages and abilities.
