The building, which was acquired with the assistance of Morse, is in York city centre, and is a Grade II listed former warehouse along the river.

“This was a really exciting project for us,” said Steve Hogevold who managed the project for Anaplan, an international enterprise business planning technology firm.  “We assisted with the property search, negotiated the lease agreement and managed the fit out of the building to suit the requriements of Anaplan, which is a rapidly expanding company in the UK.  The building required sensitive treatment, due to its listed status and proximity to the river.  But what we have now is a stunning, inspiring interior that was delivered on time and under budget.”
