Morse Consultants, along with Projx Services, have been managing the construction of a new facility to peel and chop onions.

The new facility was designed with input from Morse Consultants and the base build managed by the clients’ Architect, so the co-ordination of the design of the fit out of the facility with the rest of the client team was paramount to the success of the project.

Test runs started on programme and the facility is now in full production and everyone involved is pleased with the final product produced with the new machinery.
