Work has commenced at the Limes in Notting Hill, which is managed by Aspect Property Management on behalf of the Board of Residents.

Morse’s role is to project manage the external refurbishment of a 1960s building in Kensington, West London.

The project, will involve managing the works on site to replace the windows and carry out external repairs, redecoration and re-roofing of the building.

Morse has already worked alongside the residents of the building to coordinate the work, as well as obtaining planning permission, producing specifications, obtaining tenders and liaising with the chosen contractors.

Speaking about the project, Jonathan Hemsley, who is managing the project said “This project has been 18 months in planning, to ensure everything is done to obtain best value for the client, as well as keeping the impact of the works on everyone involved to a minimum.”
