Following on from the success of its Edinburgh project, British furniture brand Loaf has appointed Morse to assist with its showroom premises at Chiswick and Redbrick. Both of these projects required pre-acquisition advice including carrying out Schedules of Condition, to determine the condition of the building prior to any works commencing. Morse also acted as principle designer on both projects, ensuring any works were carried out in accordance with the CDM regulations 2015. Morse has worked on a number of stores for Loaf including Nottinghill, Guildford, Solihull and Bristol.
