Morse Consultants is pleased to announce the completion of its refurbishment project at the Royal College of Occupational Therapists’ HQ building in South London.

The project involved turning the upper floors of the building on Borough High Street into a managed offices in partnership with Knowlemore, to allow the organisation to maximise the building as an asset following a change of working practices amongst staff and members.

“Following a feasibility study which presented various options for using the space, RCOT decided to outsource the running of the commercial space to Knowlemore to provide income from the building. We are finding that many clients are looking at how their buildings can evolve and maximise their potential, particularly since the pandemic when working from home became more prolific. We are proud to have been part of such an exciting project which features fantastic interior design and incorporates some wonderful facilities as part of the refurbishment,” said Steve Hogevold.
