Morse Consultants has been appointed to carry out Schedules of Condition on student accommodation in London on behalf of Wates Construction.

The project will enable Wates to record the condition of the property prior to extensive external refurbishment to the building.

"We have worked with Wates Construction for many years on projects where we have provided specialist building surveying services which enable the company to benchmark the condition of the buildings prior to the commencement of the works," said Steve Hogevold, managing director of Morse Consultants.  "We are pleased to be working as a long term partner of Wates in providing this expertise."
